About Us

The Arc of New Mexico advances civil and human rights, strengthens access to services, and supports inclusion for New Mexicans statewide. Our work spans self-advocacy, financial services, education, and leadership development.

We serve communities throughout New Mexico, including the ancestral lands of the Navajo Nation, Pueblo Nations,self-advocacy and Apache Tribes. Our statewide presence reflects a commitment to access, accountability, and community connection.

Our work is guided by the principle that New Mexicans with intellectual and developmental disabilities have the same civil and human rights as everyone else—and those rights must be protected and enforced.
