Location
While we are a statewide organization, our main office is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We strive to provide the best support for our staff, whether they live in Albuquerque, or remote areas of the state with the materials, equipment, and resources they need to fulfill their roles.
Benefits
The Arc offers the followng benefits for staff who work at least 30 hours per week:
- Health, dental, vision coverage, and FSA/DCAP – the 1st of the month after 60 days
- Company paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability – the 1st of the month after 60 days
- Generous 408p contributions (Simple IRA) – at 1 year of employment
- Company paid Life insurance and A&D – 1st of the month after 1 year of employment
- Earned Vacation and Sick leave, and nine paid holidays!
